EDIT: My mistake, I do have a Ditto, but I have not checked it's IV's, and it didn't have any EV's. I may have to use it when it comes to breeding, though.

I have a jolly shiny ditto but i use tht to breed nincadas.. but ive bred 31 IVs in spd nincadas
but ive bred 31 IVs in spd nincadasi like shinies

btw a ditto with perfect iv's wont really help, it just needs at least 3 i think, cuz it takes a few from each parent and randomizes the rest of the iv's
